Seminar Description -  The Living Free seminar will enhance your understanding of the mind/body/spirit connection in health and disease, teach how to overcome food cravings and obesity, explore how the learning and addicted brain work, and present a successful model for overcoming any bad habit or addiction. We also plan to help you improve vital organizational and team-building skills so successful to long-term success! And we want even more for you in this training.  At the end of your certification, you will:
