The Health Summit is ideal for providing information on health ministry resources.  Booth space is limited, and your request must be pre-approved, so please submit early.

Exhibitor registration is $250 USD, and includes one table with tablecloth and 2 chairs.  Allowance for two individuals.  Additional individuals cost $30 USD each.  Electricity hookup will incur an additional $15 per booth.
 
Exhibitor registration does not include attendance at workshops.  If you wish to attend any workshop, you must also register as an attendee.  Sabbath and evening programs are open.  Meals and lodging are also not include in registration costs.  Please see Meals and Lodging for information on making your reservations.

Deadline to submit for approval:  September 1, 2016
Deadline to register as an exhibitor:  September 15, 2016

Booth set-up begins at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, September 28.
 
Guidelines for Exhibitors
  • We will give priority to ministries that offer resources for whole health education and health ministries
  • No selling during Sabbath hours
  • Not open during seminar times or general sessions (put cloth over your table)

Refund Policy
No refunds will be given for this event. Any vendors must be pre-approved by the Summit Planning Team.
